Mahadev Web Technologies offers custom web design, React/Next.js architectures, Shopify engineering, custom applications, and technical consulting.
All delivery timelines, milestones, and specific requirements are detailed in individual service level agreements (SLAs) or project contracts signed between Mahadev Web Technologies and the Client.
Unless otherwise stated, Mahadev Web Technologies and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mahadev Web Technologies. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Upon final milestone payment and project completion, ownership of custom codebase and visual designs developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client, while underlying boilerplates, frameworks, or reusable components remain under the intellectual property of Mahadev Web Technologies.
Payments are structured based on predefined project milestones. All invoices are due within the payment terms specified on the project invoice.
Delay in milestone payments may lead to a temporary pause in development services. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
In no event shall Mahadev Web Technologies, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our development services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Gujarat, India for the resolution of any disputes.
